Highlights include a major sloped-garden retaining wall with fresh topsoil and landscaping, a hand-built sandstone wall with level and plumb precision, a rooftop-level timber platform with new cladding, and a clean dark composite terrace in a white-rendered enclosure. All groundworks include appropriate drainage and consolidation.
